Warranty Coverage
At Genex Builders, our commitment does not end at possession. Every home we build is backed by new home warranty coverage designed to protect your investment and give you confidence long after move-in.
1 Year — Labour and Materials
Covers any defects in materials and labour related to how the home was constructed and materials used. This may include things such as flooring, staircases, baseboards, cabinets, railings and other trim and fixtures.
2 Years — Delivery and Distribution Systems
Covers defects related to the electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation and air conditioning delivery systems.
5 Years — Building Envelope Protection
The building envelope is the shell of the home, including the roof and walls. It is the separation between the interior and exterior environments of a building, which protects the indoor environment and facilitates climate control.
10 Years — Major Structural Components
Major structural consists of the frame, including the roof’s structural integrity, and the foundation.
We build with quality, durability, and long-term value in mind, and our warranty coverage is part of making sure homeowners feel supported well beyond the final handover.

If I can tell anyone anything about Genex Builders, it is that the company is something quite special. I have lived in the house for a good while since it’s completion as of writing this review, and Genex continues to reach out whenever the city has major snow storms or heavy rain fall/hail storms, asking if everything remains alright with the property or how they can help if there are any issues.
